Most of my work is done on the computer. I usually sketch it out by hand and line art it by hand (if line art applies), and then I start building colours, shadows, and highlights on Photoshop (or some other program)

Thats so crazy. I wish I had Photoshop on my lap top so I could practice using it. I have to go to campus if I want to practice. Which kinda sucks.
